1. Current ATA Cards MUST be presented at the registration desk prior to play.

2. Players without cards MUST complete ATA application. & enclose fee with the entry blank or purchase a card at registration prior to play.

3. The committee reserves the right to cancel or combine events, but will notify players.

4. Players will be advised of their first round match by mail or telephone. Please call tournament Director if you have not been notified by Wednesday prior to the beginning of the tournament.

5. A player may enter ONLY one singles event and a maximum of 2 events.

6. We reserve the right to refuse an entry.

7. All matches will be the best of 3 sets; NO ADD scoring UNTIL the semi-final round.

8. All players must bring their own official USTA tennis balls. Balls are provided for final matches ONLY. Official USTA rules will be followed.

9. A 30-minute default rule will be enforced.
